Charles Lanier, MBA

Lanier holds several professional designations, including the Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), and Project Management Professional (PMP). He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves as a volunteer from SCORE, the Service Corps of Retired Executives. Lanier received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from East Carolina University and his MBA from Campbell University. In his new role, Lanier will focus on retail leasing, development, sales, trade area analysis, shopping center management and site selection. Lanier most recently served as vice president for Lat Purser & Associates in Raleigh. Before that, he worked with Plaza Associates for 27 years, most recently as a vice president, where he directed the asset management of an $835 million real estate portfolio encompassing more than 2 million square feet across 12 properties in three states.
