A nationally recognized Commercial and Hospitality real estate expert, Charlie, with over 30 years of experience in valuation, evaluation, feasibility analysis and brokerage is uniquely qualified to market any type of commercial asset. Since 1973, Charlie has analyzed nearly a 1,000 properties varying in type from single-family lots to mixed use mega-plexs such as the Toronto Dominion Center in Toronto, Canada, a regional mall with five office towers and over-500 tenants. Most interesting assets included the Hyatt Dorado & Cerromar Resort in Puerto Rico, the Navajo/Hopi Indian Reservation in NE Arizona. Charlie has been sought after and employed by Merrill Lynch Capital Markets, American Nevada, ARCON Financial Group, and Nations Bank, just to name a few. For over thirty years, Charlie has been actively appraising, evaluating and reviewing files on various real estate assets. Charlie formed his own successful Appraisal company in 1989, which he operated until 1998, when he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial. In 2003, he purchased Coldwell Banker Commercial S.A. Charlie earned his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1981. He has served on their national Board of Directors and as the Chair of Region VII. Charlie earned his B.A. degree from Wichita State University. He also holds a Broker’s License with the Texas Real Estate Commission, is a Licensed Texas Certified Appraiser and a CCIM candidate.
