I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1984. In the past I have represented buyers, sellers or acted as an intermediary. Most of my more recent years sales have NOT been listed properties on MLS and were not homes. There is no transaction history. My emphasis is on privately representing a buyer to find the property that meets their needs. I have seen in many cases where private business transactions were successfully closed to the benefit of both parties and keeping them private was definitely in the best interest of both parties. I work to maintain confidential relationships to find the property that meets your needs whether its on the market or not. In many cases I have found that by contacting property owners or building relationships in the area, sellers appreciate the Realtor bringing to their attention any interest someone has in their property even though its not advertised for sale.
