Chase Group Partners, LLC "CGP" As Partner, Charles Sr and his affiliates have been involved over the last 30 years in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of over 300 million dollars of commercial real estate projects, including office, retail, industrial and residential properties. Charles is a principal in numerous partnerships and companies that own and manage commercial real estate. His direct involvement in the development, leasing & management of over 3.0 million square feet of investment grade shopping centers, office and industrial properties in our region is a notable accomplishment. Charles served as development coordinator of their commercial portfolio, and as co-manager and development partner of a 750 acre master planned residential community and 18 hole championship golf course known as The Ledges in Huntsville, Alabama.
