Charles Burkhart joined Marcus & Millichap in 2023 after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Finance. During his time at the University of Colorado, Charles was a prominent member of the CU Real Estate Center. Charles specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout Southwest Denver.
