Charlene Janz is an experienced Realtor with deep roots in both Washington State and Nevada. A life-long resident of Anacortes, Washington, Charlene has witnessed firsthand the transformation of the area from a small fishing community into the vibrant beach-front town it is today. After graduating from Anacortes High School in 1987, she ran a successful small business for many years before transitioning into real estate. Coming from a family of builders and marrying a husband in the construction industry, Charlene has a unique understanding of the new construction market and the nuances of both buying and selling new homes. In 2017, Charlene began living part-time in Las Vegas, drawn to the city's bright lights, endless activities, and year-round beautiful weather. She made the full-time move to Nevada in April 2024, bringing with her a wealth of real estate expertise to serve both Washington and Nevada clients. Licensed in Nevada as of February 2021, Charlene is committed to helping clients navigate the diverse real estate markets of both areas. When she’s not helping clients find their dream homes, Charlene enjoys spending time hiking, attending concerts, and enjoying the live music scene.
