Charity Nelson

Charity Nelson manages leasing for the Adler Industrial portfolio in the Boise Metro area. She enjoys partnering with brokers and business leaders to meet the industrial real estate needs of companies that are moving to or expanding in the area. She also leads the company’s strategic human resources efforts. Prior to joining Adler, Charity spent more than five years as the Director of Economic Development at the Boise Valley Economic Partnership where she worked with businesses who were interested in expanding or locating in the Boise Metro. She also has extensive experience in human resources having spent more than a decade at Micron Technology in a variety of roles in global talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, and workforce optimization.
