Charine Lewis

Charine has more than 15 years of experience as a licensed broker in commercial real estate, including handling sales, leasing, property management, and acting as a tenant representative for several franchises. Charine's focus is on third party brokerage including outside sales, leasing and listing of properties. She works with developers, investors sellers and buyers representing them in projects from raw land, condo office buildings, small retail centers to selling multi-tenant office buildings and warehouse space. Charine’s background includes being sales and leasing manager for EBC Business Centers of Atlanta at Rialto Place, Melbourne, and broker for Corplex Realty, Inc./Corplex Development, Inc. in Melbourne. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Melbourne/Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce and is past president of Viera Rotary Club, past president of Suntree Area Business Association, and past treasurer of Junior League of Central and North Brevard, along with serving in various capacities for several local charitable organizations.
