Chapman Silander joined Hoagland Commercial Realtors in 2019. Chapman joins the firm with a strong background in Finance / Real Estate Investment. Prior to joining Hoagland Commercial, Chapman worked in Asset Management at Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR), where he oversaw a 100+ property senior housing portfolio (managed & NNN), with experience in evaluating and executing large restructurings, operator transitions, redevelopments and strategic dispositions. Prior to Ventas, Chapman worked as a Power and Utilities Associate at Regions Securities and a Portfolio Manager within Region Bank’s Special Asset Group.
