Chap Bernet

Chap Bernet joined Stream in 2021 and serves as an Associate of Stream’s Land Division. Chap’s responsibilities include expanding Stream’s land brokerage business across the DFW metroplex through prospecting, relationship building, networking, and market research. Prior to joining Stream, Chap graduated from Texas Tech University and spent six years working in the live music industry at Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) in Nashville, TN. Chap was responsible for booking the agency’s talent for events throughout the country, as well as managing and growing the agency’s Speaker Department. A Dallas native, Chap moved back home to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate and to earn his Masters of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
