Chandler Davis
Chandler rejoined Langdon Street Capital in 2022 after earning his dual master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) and Business Administration (MBA) from USC’s Marshall School of Business on a merit-based scholarship. Prior to earning his graduate degrees, Chandler worked as an Acquisitions Analyst and later as Director of Development for Langdon, where he underwrote new acquisition opportunities and oversaw Langdon’s rapidly growing real estate portfolio, helping it grow in excess of $150 million. Chandler earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Economics and Chinese with Phi Beta Kappa distinction. He was ranked #1 in the College of Letters and Science after graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Chandler held internships with William E. Connor & Associates in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and Colony Capital in Los Angeles. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
