Chad Tuck

Chad focuses on investment, corporate, and strategic real estate services for industrial investors and users. Chad’s proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and executing real estate opportunities allow him to provide real estate expertise in strategic planning, financial structuring, and investment. Over the last ten years, Chad has used his experience as a broker, principal, investor, and developer to complete transactions totaling more than $140 million. Prior to joining NorthStar, Chad co-founded Leasehold Corporation of America, a niche real estate insurance company while successfully pursuing investment and development opportunities in the local Nashville area. Chad began his real estate career with the Nashville office of DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley). Chad holds a double major in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Auburn University where he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. He is significantly involved with Midtown Fellowship Church and has served in various capacities with organizations such as NAIOP, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and The Friends of the Boys and Girls Club of Middle Tennessee.
