Specializing in pairing buyers and sellers with institutional grocery-anchored, multi-tenant neighborhood centers and single-tenant net-leased investments, he has spent the last 18 years building, growing and leading the investment sales team at PCA. Through his experience, valuable reputation and strong client relationships, Chad has established himself as a trusted resource and overall market leader. He has been involved in the disposition of more than 1.8 billion dollars’ worth of retail investment properties in Arizona. Many of his clients are the largest and most active retail commercial real estate owners in Arizona. Chad is a third-generation Arizona native and received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Arizona State University.
