Chad Stafford

As President of Occidental Management, Inc., Chad Stafford specializes in value-add properties with services including brokerage services, project design, construction management, development, and property management. Stafford is responsible for the management of the company, strategic acquisitions and planning, financing initiatives, and debt and equity structuring. Stafford serves on a variety of boards and committees including the Wichita Metro Chamber Board of Directors and Wichita Metro Chamber Small Business Awards Committee. He is currently Operations Chairman for Kansas and Missouri International Council of Shopping Centers, Economic Development Chair with the Wichita Independent Business Association (WIBA). He formerly served as the Chairman of the Board and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of WIBA. Stafford also serves on the Highway 69 Development Advisory Committee in Overland Park, Kansas. His commitment to the Wichita community continues in his involvement with charitable organizations including the Children’s Miracle Network, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kansas, Youth Entrepreneurs of Kansas, Wichita Children’s Home, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, and Envision Foundation.
