ABOUT

Chad Rigby serves as Managing Director - Multifamily Sales in Stirling Properties’ Investment Advisors Division. His team is responsible for all aspects of multifamily investment sales and marketing from transaction management, valuation, market analysis, and underwriting to client development throughout Louisiana, Mississippi and the Gulf South. Previously, Mr. Rigby began his career with ARA Newmark, as a transaction manager, underwriting deals, analyzing markets, and sourcing new business. His team at ARA Newmark then moved on to Stream Realty, where they launched a multifamily investment sales platform for major market brokerage firms. Most recently, he stared Rigby Advisors, a multifamily consulting firm. Mr. Rigby has transacted over $550 million, totaling more than 7,500 units. Rigby holds a B.S. in International Trade and Finance from Louisiana State University and is a licensed real estate associate broker in Louisiana and Mississippi. He holds the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
