ABOUT
Chad has over 30 years of experience in retail leasing, brokerage, and development. His primary focus has been leasing our portfolio of Target and Home Depot anchored shopping centers in the Houston metro area and the Rio Grande Valley. Chad represents such companies as PGA Tour Superstore, Taco Cabana and Jack in the Box in the Greater Houston Area. Chad is a native Houstonian who graduated from the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA in Finance and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
