Chad Merwin

Chad Merwin moved to the Valley in 1993, after serving 4 years in the Marine Corps. After working 3 years at Charles Schwab, Chad began his commercial real estate career in 2000 with EBS & Associates, where he specializes in the Sales and Leasing of Office, Retail & Investment properties. Some of his clients that have been represented include; United Insurance Company of America, Chela Financial, Klingbeil Capital Management, COFCO Chinese Cultural Center, and Scottsdale Mescal Medical Building. Outside of these endeavors, Chad enjoys serving on the Paradise Valley Young Life Committee and is involved in raising money for the local Chapter through hosting annual golf tournaments and banquets. He is married and has one son and one daughter.
