Chad Lieber

Chad Lieber joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2020. A vice president for the Capital Markets team, he specializes in the disposition and acquisition of triple-net properties across the nation, with a focus on the Midwest and Southeast. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has taken part in the sale of restaurants, childcare centers, supermarkets, medical-office, and shopping centers. During his career Chad has completed more than 160 transactions valued at more than $400 million in 35 states.
