Chad Lieber

Chad Lieber joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2020 as first vice president for the National Net Lease Group in the San Diego office. He specializes in the disposition and acquisition of triple-net properties across the nation, with a focus on the Midwest and Southeast. He has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate, most recently with Marcus & Millichap. He has taken part in the sale of restaurants, child care centers, supermarkets, medical-office, and shopping centers. Throughout his career he has represented $130 million in transaction volume across 26 states, nearing 60 transactions in total. Originally from Chicago, Chad graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He spent three years working in investments sales in the city before moving to Southern California. In his free time away from the office, he enjoys backpacking, surfing, camping, and traveling, particularly to the beach or the mountains.
