Chad Keller

Chad Keller joined Clover as Principal and COO in 2018. Chad brings 20 years of experience in financial leadership and consulting roles. He has worked across a broad cross section of industries, in multiple countries, and in both public company and private equity environments. Over his diversified career, he has established a reputation as a trusted business partner that drives measurable growth in organizations through a collaborative approach and strong execution. Before joining Clover, Chad was VP of Finance at Catalina, a PE-backed global provider of consumer data and marketing services. He led the management of the company’s global real estate portfolio including traditional leases, owned properties, and co-working spaces. He also served as the head of investor relations inside a highly-levered capital structure. He was responsible for scripting and delivering the company story through debt holder calls, individual investor meetings, and rating agency discussions. Prior to that, he served as Catalina International CFO, operating out of Paris, France and leading all financial aspects of a $200M P&L across Europe and Asia. Chad holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida State University and an MBA with concentrations in Advanced Finance and Entrepreneurship from USF. He lives in Tampa with his wife and three children.
