While having a hand in operations, Chad also oversees commercial lease negotiations, ensuring that each property's occupancy meets or exceeds market performance. His entrepreneurial spirit drew him to Buckingham due to the company's active pursuit in rehabilitation and renovation projects along with the goal to serve tenants with better resources. Chad's background focuses on multi-family, but he was interested in commercial property management through the path he carved out at Ball State by majoring in residential property management and minoring in business administration.
