Born in Atlanta and raised in Nashville, Chad launched his real estate career the day after graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1998 with industrial and office leasing brokerage. After several years in corporate real estate in Atlanta, Chad received his MBA in Real Estate from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University in 2005 and transitioned back to the Nashville market. Urban Grout, LLC was founded in 2011 to focus on infill neighborhoods in Nashville, TN.
