Chad Gottsegen

Chad Gottsegen, the current Broker and Managing Director of LRM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, one of the top commercial real estate firms in South Florida that represents over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial property in South Florida. Born and raised in Boca Raton, Chad capitalizes on his knowledge of South Florida and the local connections he has built and maintained over the years.    In 2017, Chad graduated from Florida Atlantic University where he earned his B.A. in Business Management and Entrepreneurship. Chad showcased his expertise in the commercial world by facilitating 100’s of transactions exceeding $300,000,000 during the early stages of his career.     In addition to his success in sales, Chad is a three-time recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award, a driven team leader, and prioritizes his client’s needs while maintaining their best interest.
