Chad Dearmore began his Brokerage career in 2005. Dearmore established himself quickly, by working with developers on ground up construction, from pre-leasing through project stabilization. From there, Chad expanded his skill set to include the leasing of mixed-use properties such as Class A office buildings with retail components, and industrial projects. In 2007, Dearmore broadened his product focus once again to include the sales and leasing of office and office warehouse projects, specializing in the North Phoenix and Scottsdale submarket. Through his determination, drive and passion, Chad has attracted and successfully assisted many high profile clients throughout the Valley, recently being awarded “Top Commercial Agent in the Southwest Region” by GCI in 2010.
