Chad Brammer

Chad Brammer is President and Chief Operating Officer of The Wilkinson Companies. Chad is responsible for all aspects of operations for The Wilkinson Companies and its affiliates. In addition to overseeing operations of The Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors and Wilkinson Office Advisors, Chad, along with Phil Deguire, directs the investment activity of The Wilkinson Group, Inc. He is responsible for sourcing new deals, underwriting and financing all transactions. Chad received a BS from Duke University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business. Chad is an Airline Transport Pilot and flies regularly. He and his wife, Hayley, have three boys and reside in Dunwoody, Georgia.
