Chad Ackerley

Chad Ackerley is a licensed Real Estate Broker specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties in the Phoenix Metro market. As a result of his more than seven years experience in various aspects of real estate and a prior career as an electrical contractor, Chad has developed a thorough approach to landlord and tenant representation and service. His areas of experience include tenant relocation, tenant expansion, lease negotiations, market analysis, land acquisition, build to suits and investor acquisitions. In his free time Chad and his family are actively involved in the Tempe and Sun Devil Athletics communities. He has coached several youth teams including football, baseball, basketball and soccer for various Valley youth leagues.
