Caylie Bontz joined Kennedy Wilson Brokerage in 2024, bringing more than two years of specialized experience in retail leasing throughout Southern California. Her background includes extensive work in the greater Los Angeles area, as well as Orange County. As a licensed sales agent, Caylie focuses on retail leasing across Los Angeles. Before joining Kennedy Wilson Brokerage, Caylie worked as a Leasing Associate for a prominent landlord and developer based in Calabasas, California. In this role, she managed the leasing of a substantial portfolio across the greater Los Angeles area, successfully executing over 85 transactions. Caylie began her career in commercial real estate following her graduation from the University of Kansas with a degree in Business and Marketing, a field in which she has demonstrated passion and commitment. She currently serves as Vice President of the Association of Commercial Real Estate Executives of Southern California and is the elected incoming President. This role is of great significance to her, providing a valuable opportunity to engage regularly with a broad network of commercial real estate professionals.
