Catherine joined Colliers in November 2017 and specializes in leasing office and medical buildings, representing both tenants and landlords. Her background provides a well-rounded skill set to handle all aspects of the business, including property marketing, market evaluation, lease negotiation, space planning, and project management. This year she was also selected as a Colliers Healthcare Fellow. Catherine has experience with both regional and institutional owners to implement successful leasing and sales strategies for her properties.
