Catherine Kut

Cathy has been a resident of Sussex County since 1974 and obtained her Real Estate license in New Jersey in 1986. Over the years, she has maintained a highly active role in the listing and selling of homes, condominiums, and commercial properties. Currently, Cathy serves as the Broker/Manager of Realty Executives Sparta office while also continuing her active role as a realtor. Cathy has been happily married to Andre for 48 years, and together, they have raised three grown children. Kris, her eldest, resides in Charleston, South Carolina, with his wife and three children. Kris is dedicated to his career as a coach and teacher at the Citadel. Eric, Cathy's second son, is married, has a daughter, and holds the rank of Lt. Colonel in the Air Force. He has flown numerous missions as a pilot. Alex, her youngest, resides in Tampa, Florida, with two children. Remarkably, all three of Cathy's sons graduated from the Citadel in South Carolina. Her six grandchildren are Cathy's true pride and joy, and she eagerly anticipates her visits with them, cherishing each moment spent together.
