Cate Davis

Cate joined the New Branch family in 2019, prior to joining our team, Cate spent 12 years working in the commercial real estate business for CRESA, Jones, Lang, LaSalle, and The Stephens Company. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Georgia, is a licensed broker in North Carolina, and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. Married, with two active sons, Cate loves spending her free time with family, traveling, reading, and running (with two marathons under her belt). She has served as an officer for First Presbyterian Church of Concord and currently serves on the leadership team for Women of Vision in Charlotte.
