Cat Isfan grew up in Chicago, Illinois as an immigrant from Arad, Romania. His first experience with real estate investments was as a young boy, helping his father manage their first multi-family property in 1978. Since then, Cat has consulted with hundreds of investors and families in matters ranging from investment lending, retirement planning, multi-family housing, and master planned communities.
