Cassidy Cook has lived in Southern California for over 47 years. She grew up in a family that developed, operated, managed and invested in real estate in Santa Cruz, Santa Ynez, Westlake, San Fernando Valley, Valencia, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs, Culver City, and Venice. She knew it was time to return to her roots in real estate and started her career in commercial real estate at Piken in Studio City CA. Her first licensed month she brought in 17 million in listing sales. After being recruited to several notable firms over the years, her business grew to include residential real estate sales. Cassidy follows closely the changes in tax laws, interest rates, and the mortgage and finance industries, which collectively play an integral role in having success in real estate. She understands that life happens, so to always look at your investments as building generational wealth.
