Casey Rosen co-leads CBRE’s National Retail Partners Florida Team with his partner Dennis Carson. Mr. Rosen is a Member of CBRE’s Institutional Group and is among the top retail property investment sales professionals nationally. Mr. Rosen joined CBRE in 2007 with its acquisition of Blackrock Retail Property Advisors - a shopping center investment sale boutique that he co-owned and co-founded with Dennis Carson in 1996. Mr. Rosen started his career as an analyst/associate at Chemical Bank’s commercial real estate group in New York City
