Casey Howard

Casey Howard joined Harbert Realty Services as Vice President/Associate Broker, in 2016, after moving to Birmingham from Savannah, Georgia. She was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2025. She specializes in creating business solutions through the sale/leasing of commercial property that integrate an organization’s strategy and vision. She has expertise in commercial sales (primarily NNN lease properties, multi-family, office and retail), lease negotiations, financial analysis, marketing/communications and business development consulting. In 2015, Howard sold over $13 million in multi-family, $4 million in retail, $2.5 million in hospitality and represented tenants/landlords in over $4.5 million in retail/office leases. Howard was also a 2015 Top Producer. She optimizes value by advising with strategic oversight and by identifying and seizing market opportunities thereby maximizing asset values. Prior to joining HRS, Howard was a Vice President/Associate Broker for commercial brokerage firm in Savannah, Georgia, where she led the commercial sales and leasing team. She was responsible for numerous projects in multi-family, retail and office sectors, representing local, regional and national clientele. She managed multi-million dollar commercial real estate portfolios before entering the brokerage world, consisting of various asset classes from hotel to multi-family to retail/office, so she understands how investment properties operate most efficiently and provide the greatest returns for her clients. She offers creative approaches to problem solving, conducts skillful negotiations, and establishes outstanding relationships with clients and service providers. Howard holds a PMP® designation from the Project Management Institute, Business Management and Marketing degrees from Cedarville University, is a licensed Broker in the State of Georgia and State of Alabama, a licensed salesperson in the State of South Carolina and received her MBA from Georgia Southern. Howard is a member of the Project Management Institute, a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), Habitat for Humanity volunteer and is a Compassion International Childrens’ Ministries Sponsor. Howard and her family are active members at Mountain Brook Community Church. She and her husband, Robert, are transplants from Savannah. Their pride and joy are their three active and outgoing little kids: Eva and Preston, twins, and Ella.
