Caryn Rubinoff

Ms. Rubinoff has the primary responsibility for financing new and existing projects, as well as overseeing all legal matters at The Rubinoff Company in connection with development, property management and brokerage and leasing services. Prior to joining The Rubinoff Company in 1997, Ms. Rubinoff worked as a real estate attorney in New York City specializing in commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and financing of real estate transactions. At The Rubinoff Company, Ms. Rubinoff is involved in all aspects of real estate development. She was responsible for creating the first Homeowner’s Association under Pennsylvania’s Planned Communities Act for a traditional neighborhood development incorporating environmental controls.
