Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Caryl has been active since 2002 closing real estate transactions in Portland’s urban core and Vancouver’s central city neighborhoods. She specializes in Landlord/Tenant representation for lease and sales transactions. She has represented the Pearl District’s premier landlords and developers, negotiating lease and sale transactions for both retail and creative office space, including new-build high rise, mixed use projects and historic and/or adaptive reuse projects. High profile projects downtown Vancouver include reconfiguring and re-tenanting the multi-building Schofield Block and the retail leasing assignments for Holland Partner Groups 2 mixed-use projects known as Block 10 and Coen & Columbia. Caryl has expanded her geography to include central business district projects in The Columbia Gorge and NE Oregon.
