Cary Latham joined Stream in November 2023 as a Vice President on the Industrial Capital Markets team. Based in the Houston office, he works closely with Executive Managing Directors Seth Koschak and Matteson Hamilton to strategically expand the platform— strengthening partnerships with middle market investment groups and private investors alike. Prior to joining Stream, Cary served as Senior Vice President with Partners, where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant office and industrial assets across Houston. His previous experience includes Industrial Investment Sales with Marcus & Millichap and Belvoir Real Estate Group, LLC. Throughout his career, Cary has completed $220 million in transaction volume, totaling over two million square feet across 62 transactions. Cary was recognized as a Houston Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” for Industrial Sales in 2022 .He holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising from The University of Alabama.
