Cary Belovicz is a Founding Partner of GREA, a multifamily advisory firm delivering comprehensive investment services across the Country. GREA combines deep market knowledge with a robust financial platform, including long-term Agency financing and mezzanine lending. Cary brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, spanning multifamily finance, development, and asset management. His leadership enhances GREA’s capabilities across both capital markets and transactional advisory. Over the course of his career, Cary has successfully brokered more than 400 transactions totaling over $1.4 billion in value. Before co-founding GREA, he founded Bel Real Estate Advisors and Commercial Property Advisors and previously served as an Associate at Hendricks & Partners (now Berkadia). He has represented institutional and private sellers including Key Bank, Hartford, AIMCO, CapMark, Centerline (now Hunt), and numerous global private equity firms. Earlier in his career, Cary oversaw the operations of more than 1,100 multifamily units across Southeast Michigan. In addition to brokerage, Cary has been active in the development, construction, and sale of over $46 million in residential properties, both single- and multifamily. He currently serves as Vice President of the Apartment Association of Michigan and holds real estate broker licenses in Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee. He is also a licensed residential builder in Michigan. Outside of work, Cary enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren and is an instrument-rated pilot.
