Carter Stephens is a Managing Director with the Midwest Multifamily Capital Markets team alongside Vice Chairman George Skaff and Executive Managing Director Matt Newcomer. He is based in Columbus, Ohio and focuses exclusively on multifamily dispositions within the greater Ohio region. To date, the team has been directly involved in over $17 Billion in multifamily asset sales. Stephens is engaged in all aspects of the disposition process, including research, business development, underwriting, valuation, contract negotiations and closing.
