Carter Nash

Carter is a member of the South Florida JLL retail team where he has been able to utilize his diverse background to support the execution of strategic tenant rollouts and leasing projects for landlords. Carter draws on his Miami upbringing to offer his clients a distinctive advantage, leveraging his expert knowledge and forward-thinking approach to provide a comprehensive understanding of the trajectory for the South Florida market. To accompany his market knowledge, Carter has rooted relationships with active participants in the retail real estate marketplace. Carter's professional career began at Ten-X Commercial, where he worked as an Asset Manager from June 2020 to December 2022. In this role, he specialized in the disposition of commercial property and notes, managing the entire disposition and investment sale cycle for each asset. Carter successfully facilitated the trade of over 125 assets and built strong relationships with buyers, institutional and private ownership groups, and external stakeholders. More recently, Carter served as the Real Estate & Development Manager in Fat Tuesday’s corporate office. In this role, he managed the site selection and expansion strategy for the growing national brand.
