Carter Burwell
Carter serves as the Market Lead for the JLL Tenant Rep platform in Alabama.
Over the past 24 years, Carter has executed hundreds of complex transactions while serving the diverse needs of his clients around the state. He was recognized internally as a top producer on a national level at JLL in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. He specializes in tenant representation and site selection for office and industrial occupiers throughout Alabama. He draws resources from JLL’s extensive service lines to provide strategic real estate services for clients including large corporations, government and institutional entities, and small local firms. Carter is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in finance/real estate. Outside of JLL, Carter enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
