Carter Breed
Carter Breed leads the Land Services Group at CBRE, where he specializes in land transactions in Austin and the Central Texas region between Austin and San Antonio. Mr. Breed is focused on the disposition/acquisition of land for users, developers, homebuilders, and investment groups. He brings over twenty-five years of experience in commercial real estate and state/federal government relations. Mr. Breed has extensive experience in all phases of the land-use lifecycle, including due diligence and acquisition, entitlement processing, infrastructure development, and disposition. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Breed worked in a single family acquisition and development with KB Home and Meritage Homes Corporation. He has also developed and sold hundreds of SF lots to builders for his own account and on a fee basis for third-party owners. A native of Austin, Mr. Breed is active in a number of local civic and religious organizations. Mr. Breed is an avid golfer, outdoorsman, and gourmet cook.
