Carter Beyl has over 8 years of commercial real estate brokerage and development experience. Carter has spent the majority of his career specializing in ground-up construction, adaptive re-use and creative office agency leasing and sales in the Portland MSA. Carter works primarily in the Central City, specializing in the downtown core, urban NW and close-in eastside submarkets and has spear-headed 2 of the 3 new creative office projects developed along the N. Williams Corridor within the past 5 years. Prior to Menashe, Carter spent time with Colliers International and Apex Real Estate Partners as an office broker.
