A graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Carson brings a strategic approach and a strong understanding of market fundamentals to every client engagement. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Carson spent several years at Lee & Associates, where he built a strong reputation in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has completed transactions totaling over $250 million in consideration, advising a wide range of clients including tenants, landlords, developers, investors, and private ownership groups. Carson began his career at Legacy-Commercial, a family-owned firm with holdings throughout the U.S. and Canada, where his passion for the industry took root. This early exposure to leasing and long-term investment strategy laid a strong foundation for his work today.
