Carson Cowles
MANAGING PARTNER / CO-FOUNDERAfter being born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Carson graduated from Miami University with a degree in Finance and a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He is co-founder of Boulder River Capital, a real-estate investment, development, and management company located in Bozeman, MT. He is also currently a managing partner at Dutton Development, a private real estate holding company, which manages two large commercial buildings in Bozeman. Dutton Development was co-founded in 2015, with its first major project being the development of a 15,000 sq. ft. commercial building in downtown. His previous work experiences include owning and operating a $4 million/year company, Wild West Shirt Co., which he sold in 2019. He also has extensive experience in financial analysis, operations, and project management. At Boulder River Capital, Carson is primarily responsible for development, property management, and deal acquisition.
