Carrie Bobb has over 20 years of experience in retail & mixed-use development merchandising and leasing. She was with CBRE for 15 years before starting her own brokerage company and social media company for commercial real estate, which she sold to Foundry Commercial in 2023. Carrie has executed over $2 billion in total transactions and has completed transactions with tenants such as lululemon, Sephora, West Elm, Blue Bottle Coffee, Shake Shack, North Italia and several others. She has represented landlords including Hines, Regency Centers, Kilroy Realty, Asana, Heitman, Bosa Development and Southwest Value Partners. Carrie has been named a Globe St. Women of Influence and Top Retail Influencer, San Diego Business Journal Business Woman of the Year, and one of the Most Influential Women in Real Estate.
