Carolynn Dittmann-Zinn

Carolynn began her real estate career in 1980. Her interest and expertise evolved into commercial real estate in 1984 when Carolynn became associated with a national real estate investment company working out of an office in Dallas, Texas. While working in Dallas, Carolynn participated in the marketing and sale of portfolio assets during which she participated in the structuring of various types of financing packages. After relocating to Dutchess County five years ago, Carolynn joined the Dagar Group, specializing in property management and leasing. She has broadened her commercial base into office and retail leasing, along with sales after joining Prudential Serls Prime Properties Commercial Group in March, 2003. Carolynn concentrates her activities in the northern Dutchess Towns of Rhinebeck and Red Hook, along with the Kingston area of Ulster County. Carolynn also has professional training in interior design that she uses when working with clients on the efficient use of layout of office space. Carolynn lives with her husband, Fred, and their two children in Rhinebeck.
