By the time Carolyn Canada became licensed in 1972, she had already learned quite a bit from her real estate broker parents in their south Florida real estate office. She began her real estate career with her parents who taught her how to be aggressive in real estate while still maintaining a high standard of real estate ethics.<br /><br />Although Carolyn moved on to other real estate companies in central Florida where she listed, sold and leased commercial and residential real estate as well as managed two of those companies, she retained that same sense of integrity. She obtained her Broker's license in 1985. <br /><br />Now Carolyn is Broker/President of "CHL", Commercial, Homes & Land, Inc. in Central Florida. Drawing upon her experience with ERTC properties, she specializes in REO's (Bank Owned Properties), Short Sales, Commercial, Residential and Land. The Commercial, Homes & Land Real Estate team of agents focus on properties located in the Orlando area, including Oviedo, Lake Mary, Winter Springs & Winter Park.
