Caroline Nolen has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years, specializing in office landlord representation as a third-party service provider and as a direct employee of owners of office buildings. Having worked exclusively on the landlord side of commercial real estate, she understands the needs and expectations of owners. Her years of experience include responsibility for prospecting, deal analysis, market evaluation and lease negotiation. This variety of landlord representation experiences also makes Ms. Nolen well equipped to adapt to different ownership scenarios, from REITs to individual owners. Ms. Nolen’s real estate career began in 1988 with Royal LePage in marketing and research. Subsequently, she joined Jamison Research (now part of CoStar), where, as an account executive, she forged many relationships in the Atlanta commercial real estate community that she continues to enjoy. After Jamison Research, Ms. Nolen went to work for Equity Office Properties as a Leasing Director for 11 years. When Equity Office Properties sold a majority if its Atlanta portfolio in 2007 to a joint venture between Barry Real Estate Companies and Rubenstein Partners, Ms. Nolen joined Barry as a Leasing Manager. After nearly 5 years with Barry, she was hired by Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Leasing Manager. Ms. Nolen has been involved with the leasing and marketing of over 12 million square feet of office space during her career.
