Caroline Lafler

Caroline specializes in Shopping Center Repositioning and Development, Retail & Office Leasing and Investment Sales. Caroline has over 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. She began her career as an office sales and leasing specialist, but soon shifted her focus to retail and investment property. Before joining TRI, she was a Top Producer with SKC Commercial. Caroline was also in the Top 15 Producers of TRI Commercial in 2011. Caroline’s success as an agent is directly attributable to the strength of her ingenuity and perseverance. Over the years she has taken on a number of challenging client assignments and completed them with great success. Prior to going into commercial real estate, Caroline had worked in the computer software business. She was instrumental in the national “roll out” of a new financial planning software product. Caroline established and supported a network of Value Added Resellers (VARs). She also did direct selling to end users, computer store dealers and negotiated various OEM agreements with other software publishers and hardware manufacturers.
