Carolina Suarez is the Founder and Principal Broker of STREETSCAPE Realty Advisors, a boutique firm specializing in retail strategy and tenant representation. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, she brings a sharp eye for market dynamics, an intuitive approach to deal-making, and an unwavering commitment to client advocacy. Her expertise spans every facet of the leasing process—from strategic site selection to complex negotiations—helping emerging retail and restaurant brands secure optimal locations across the U.S. Originally from Peru, Carolina launched her real estate career in New York City in 2013 as a paralegal, laying a foundation rooted in legal precision and business insight. She soon joined Barteca Restaurant Group, working closely with Chairman and Co-Founder Andy Pforzheimer on the growth strategy for Barcelona Wine Bar and Bartaco—two of the industry's most recognizable concepts. In 2019, Carolina advanced to CBRE, Inc. as Transaction Manager and later Senior Associate. There, she joined the firm’s top-ranked master broker team, which later evolved into ORIGIN Realty Advisors. A strategic thinker fluent in both English and Spanish, Carolina pairs her multicultural perspective with a deep understanding of national development trends, lease structuring, and cost analysis. Her approach is data-driven, resilient, and guided by a passion for empowering clients with clarity and results.
